The Gadsden Mall is a regional 502,591-square-foot (46,692.2 m 2) shopping mall on U.S. Route 411 (Rainbow Drive) in Gadsden, Alabama. Located at the interchange of Interstate 759 and U.S. Route 411, it is in the southern section of the city. It is anchored by Belk, Martin's Family Clothing and Food City.

By 1915, a thriving commercial district had grown up around 7th Avenue, which became known as "Little Wall Street". A fire in 1927 damaged or destroyed many structures along Wall Street and Meighan Avenue. The city would never recover from the loss, especially as neighboring Gadsden flourished; Alabama City voted to merge into Gadsden in 1932.
The Gadsden Coca-Cola Bottling Plant is a historic building in Gadsden, Alabama. It was built in 1929 by the Coca-Cola Company to replace a facility that had opened in 1915. In 1948–49, a two-story rear addition and one-story wing were built. The plant remained in use until 1987, when a new plant was built in the eastern part of town.
The post office moved to a new building in the 1960s, and the building was fully vacated by the government after 2012. In 2017, the building was purchased by Campbell Development, LLC, a firm owned by Gadsden natives Anna Campbell and Caleb Campbell. It now serves as a professional office space for a number of businesses. [4]
