A trainer notices Stewie struggling with barbells and offers steroids. Peter injects the drugs into Stewie, who becomes incredibly buff and develops an aggressive personality, much to the horror of his family. Stewie becomes tormenting towards Brian. As time passes, Stewie's drugs gradually wear off, much to his shock.
Meanwhile, when forced to play "tea party" with Stewie, Brian finds he has taken up beekeeping and suggests marketing the honey at a farmers' market with him. They quickly sell out of their original production at a major profit, so to encourage the bees to make more honey, Stewie feeds them steroids.
Vince is introduced in "Helping Handis" in which he temporarily befriends Steve, but only due to being attracted to Steve's huge breasts from steroids. In later seasons, Vince Chung remained a frequent character, making a wide variety major and minor appearances both with and without lines, primarily in cases to bully Steve and his friends.
Stewie was created and designed by MacFarlane himself, who was asked to pitch a pilot to the Fox Broadcasting Company, based on The Life of Larry and Larry & Steve, two shorts made by MacFarlane featuring a middle-aged man named Larry and an intellectual dog, Steve. Stewie is a highly precocious toddler who talks and acts as an adult.
