Noah’s Ark S.P.C.A. is dedicated to providing humane treatment for unwanted and abandoned pets in the Cooke County area. Our Shelter facility operates in cooperation with the City of Gainesville to accommodate impounded animals and will accept animals relinquished by local citizens in return for a small donation.
Noah’s Ark Adoption Fees: CATS: $50.00 Includes: Spay/Neuter, all deworming to be parasite free, Feline Leukemia testing (all cats adopted out are negative), flea and tick prevention, FVRCP vaccine, ear cleanings, as well as a FREE health exam and rabies vaccine at participating vet clinics.

Cats. About Noah’s Ark Animal Shelter. Over the past several years concerned citizens have formed different organizations to solve the increasing problem of unwanted, abandoned and abused animals in the Gainesville area. Under the leadership of Dr. Shelly Gomulak, Noah’s Ark, S.P.C.A was organized.
Noah’s Ark Animal Shelter is seeking compassionate individuals to help care for the animals at our shelter. Objectives of employment involve cleaning, feeding and watering, bathing, aiding in adoptions, vaccinations, deworming and other aspects of animal health care and placement.
Noah’s Ark neuters all animals prior to adoption but is struggling to keep up financially due to the high intake of animals and the numbers of neutered animals transported to Northern shelters when the Ark is full.
