After successful completion of these steps, the Officer Candidate will be scheduled to conduct an interview board. The interview board is conducted by three officers, usually two Captains and headed by a Major. Upon successfully passing the interview board the prospective Officer Candidate will be screened by U.S. Army Recruiting Command.
