Neelkamal Singh Kushwaha is an Indian singer. He is a well established singer in the Bhojpuri music industry. [1] In December 2022, his song Judai is said to have gained more viewership, leaving behind the Lal Ghagra of Pawan Singh for a long period of time after release, which led to his inclusion among the notable Bhojpuri singers of the industry.

In 2022, the centre was inaugurated virtually by then Prime Minister of Sri Lanka Mahinda Rajapaksa and Foreign Minister of India Dr. S. Jaishankar, who was on a three day visit to Sri Lanka. After its inauguration, the centre remained closed for nearly a year due to the economic and political instability in the country at the time.
RAFA was taken over by the University of Sri Lanka in December 1975 and placed under the Jaffna Campus' Faculty of Arts. [1] [2] RAFA was part of the faculty's Department of Fine Arts. The Jaffna Campus was elevated to university status on 1 January 1979 with the creation of the University of Jaffna. [1]
