After the meatballs are grilled move them to indirect heat and get out a cast iron skillet. Fill the skillet with your favorite pasta or pizza sauce. Put the skillet over direct heat and add the meatballs.
Once the meatballs are ready, you can eat them immediately or let them stand, off the heat but still on the stove, for 15 minutes. The sauce will thicken up a bit on standing.
