Re: Bread Financial/Commenity pre-approval. Comenity is much like Synchrony. IME, their products don't have the same approval odds across-the-board. I currently have six Comenity cards V/S, AAA Visa, Bread Cashback AMEX, Full Beaty, Toyota, & Comenity M/C. I have applied for others w/ a no-go, such as Chevron.

I know discover, cap one, amex, Gemini, and X1 have pre-approval but are there anymore that you recommend? Re: Soft Pull Pre-Qualify Links Part 2. Updated 11/3/2021. The prequals are weird. checked for 7 of them. Approved/pre-qualified for 5 of them with explicit credit lines (ikea $6000, tempurpedic $3100), but when actually finishing, every single one said they were reviewing the app and will get back to me.
Fair warning: Comenity is notorious for "pre-approving" cards with certain limits, but then playing the Lucy to your Charlie Brown when the approval happens. This happened to DW when she was pre-approved for the IKEA card and a $6,000 CL...only to be approved for $750 when the application completed.
