    So if these are low you are alrealy 1/3 depleted since the serums test is not exactly accurate. Same with Magnesium, if it shows low in the blood you are already 1/3 depleted since only a small amount is found in blood. I do have problems with low ferritin and I believe the imbalances are related. I don't experience the symptoms you describe.
