65 East State (formerly Capitol Square) is a 350-foot-tall (110 m) skyscraper on Capitol Square in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. It was completed in 1984, has 26 floors, and 494,480 sq ft (45,939 m 2 ) of floor space.

Within the Capitol Courtyard is a memorial in remembrance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., dedicated in 1984. South of the King Memorial is The Florida Fraternal Order of Police Law Enforcement Memorial (dedicated in 2000). The memorial has the names of law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty.
The courtyard of the building includes the sculpture Fidelity, Bravery, Integrity by Frederick Charles Shrady. In January 1975, the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI passed a resolution to create a memorial to J. Edgar Hoover. The memorial, which cost $125,000, was funded through contributions.
