I'm the cofounder of Bartcop.com and I have and still do host Bartcop on my server. The name Bartcop comes from the name of Terry's cat "Bart" and the first part of his last name "Coppage". Terry started out writing a newsletter titled "Rush Limbaugh Lying Nazi Whore" in 1996 that was distributed through an email list.
