Goku complies, transforms to a Super Saiyan, and unleashes a powerful Kamehameha wave at Gohan, who, while fighting it, realizes how he has let people down his whole life, and finally transforms into a Super Saiyan, albeit maintaining the transformation only for a few minutes.
