The C. M. Foraker Farmhouse was a historic house in the Near North Valley neighborhood of Albuquerque, New Mexico.It was built near the turn of the 20th century and was purchased around 1900 by C. M. Foraker, the last U.S. Marshal for New Mexico Territory before New Mexico gained statehood in 1912.
The station signal, broadcast on three frequencies (92.7 FM, 93.7 FM, and 1240 AM), serves the entire Albuquerque metro area, and six counties in central and western New Mexico. Residents also have access to television and radio broadcasts from Albuquerque. The weekly Rio Rancho Observer is the local newspaper.

Huning returned to Albuquerque in 1864 with a new wife, Ernestine Franke, and moved into the house. During his residence at La Glorieta, Huning added two additional wings to the L-shaped building to create a fully enclosed patio. [3] The house was a popular location for social gatherings [6] and hosted such guests as William Jennings Bryan. [3]
