Houston Premium Outlets is an outlet mall in Cypress, Texas, United States. It is developed and owned by Simon Property Group. The mall started construction in May 2007 and opened on March 27, 2008, with 120 outlet stores. Houston Premium Outlets has about 430,000 square feet (40,000 m 2) of retail space. [1]

Plans for the Cypress Creek Town Center began in the early 2000s, with the center first approved a Development of Regional Impact (DRI) in 2004, [1] as a "megamall". [2] The project further received permits from the Army Corps of Engineers in 2007, [3] however a combination of legal troubles and economic downturn caused the delay and effective cancellation of the project.
In late August 2010, the center was acquired by Simon Property Group's Premium Outlet sector along with the majority of the Prime Outlet centers and was renamed Orlando Premium Outlets-International Drive in September 2010. [1] The center is now sister malls to its main outlet rival, Orlando Premium Outlets-Vineland Avenue, which opened in 2000.

Premium Outlet Collection EIA is a 39,800 m 2 (428,000 sq ft) fully-enclosed outlet shopping mall [1] in Leduc County just east of Edmonton International Airport. It opened on May 2, 2018, after being delayed from fall 2017. [2] [3] It was developed by Ivanhoé Cambridge and Simon Property Group.
