LaSalle-Peru Township High School, also known as LaSalle-Peru High School, LPHS, or simply L-P, is a public four-year high school located at 541 Chartres Street in LaSalle, Illinois, a city in LaSalle County, Illinois, in the Midwestern United States. In 1929, DeKalb again left the conference with six teams, and the league was known as the Big 6 until LaSalle-Peru High School joined in 1936. In the spring of 1940, Rockford High School was replaced by Rockford West and Rockford East, and the conference naturally became the Big 8. [32]
IVCC was founded in 1924 under the name LaSalle-Peru-Oglesby Junior College with an entering class of 32 students studying in facilities provided by the LaSalle-Peru Township High School. [1] The mission of the college during this time period was to lay the foundations for successful careers.
Goff is a 1994 graduate of LaSalle-Peru High School in LaSalle, Illinois.In his last season at LaSalle-Peru, Goff was a team captain and had 34 tackles, 24 assists and two sacks at defensive tackle which earned him All-America honors from Blue Chip Illustrated. [1]
