Bruce Edward Nelson (born May 12, 1979) is an American former professional football player who was a guard and center for the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League (NFL). [1] He played college football for the Iowa Hawkeyes and was selected by the Panthers in the second round of the 2003 NFL draft .
The group's most recent television appearance was with the award-winning 2004 PBS special, Magic Moments: The Best of 50s Pop. The current incarnation of the Four Preps features co-founder and original lead singer Bruce Belland, Bob Duncan (formerly with the Diamonds and the Crew Cuts), Michael Redman (of the Crew Cuts), and Jim Armstrong. Bruce Nelson Stratton (May 15, 1943 – February 25, 2018) was an American radio personality. Known as "Dr. Bruce", Stratton began his career in the 1960s and 1970s where he served as on-air personality and programmer for such legendary Country station as WPLO, Atlanta; WMIL, Milwaukee; KENR, Houston; WUBE, Cincinnati; and KNUZ, Houston.
