The Credit Union of Texas Event Center (formerly Allen Event Center) is an American 6,275 fixed-seat multi-purpose indoor arena located in Allen, Texas, a northern suburb of Dallas. The Houston campus originally was located in the Latino Learning Center. In 1996 the school had 100 students. In 1997 the enrollment doubled to 200. The school, which had a mostly Hispanic student body, had grades 6 through 8. Farias planned to expand the school to K-12. [4] In 2002 the Brownsville campus was established. [2]
