    The Sinbad location for NGC 6960 (and the labels on all the star atlases, including Uranometria) correspond to the Western Veil Nebula -- but the article (before I edited it) treated NGC 6960 as a designation for the entire loop. Is this a case of the 1st number in R.A. being applied to the whole?
