MCC serves “returning students” with associate, bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees with workforce training and skills enhancement, special advanced certifications or retraining in a new field. Approximately 49 percent of the credit students are from under-represented racial and ethnic groups.
Admissions. 860-512-3210. Manchester Community College has an ‘open door’ admissions policy for graduates of approved accredited high schools or those individuals that possess a high school equivalency diploma. Admission to the college does not necessarily mean admission to all courses or programs.
