St. Richard School (South Philadelphia) – Merged into St. Pio Regional Catholic School in 2012. [ 2 ] In 2012 the archdiocese considered merging the school into the Stella Maris site, but kept the campus open after the school community appealed; [ 37 ] it became a regional school with Holy Spirit.

It replaced St. Katharine Drexel School, which closed in 2005, and was the last Catholic school in the city. [17]
