The TGV POS power cars have a total power output of 9.6 MW (12,874 hp) under 25 kV 50 Hz AC, and 6.8 MW (9,119 hp) under 15 kV 16.7 Hz AC, with a top speed of 320 kilometres per hour (199 mph) under either system. Each TGV POS trainset weighs 383 t (377 long tons; 422 short tons) and is numbered in the 4400 series.
