Tailwind CSS is an open-source CSS framework. Unlike other frameworks, like Bootstrap , it does not provide a series of predefined classes for elements such as buttons or tables. Instead, it creates a list of "utility" CSS classes that can be used to style each element by mixing and matching.
A tailwind is a wind that blows in the direction of travel of an object, while a headwind blows against the direction of travel. A tailwind increases the object's speed and reduces the time required to reach its destination, while a headwind has the opposite effect.
The result would have been a new world record, had it not been for the tail wind of >5.0 m/s. [4] This was then bettered by Tyson Gay in June 2008, when Gay ran a time of 9.68 seconds with the help of a +4.1 m/s tailwind. [5] That mark was surpassed when Usain Bolt set the current world record the following year, 9.58 with a legal +0.9 tailwind.
