The Netlogon Remote Protocol (MS-NRPC) is a Microsoft protocol used for authentication and secure communication between clients and DCs in a Windows network environment. It facilitates the exchange of authentication data and the establishment of secure channels for communication, enabling clients to authenticate against Active Directory and other network services.
Each B-channel carries data, voice, and other services. The D-channel carries control and signaling information. Larger connections are possible using PRI pairing. A dual T1-PRI could have 24 + 23 = 47 B-channels and 1 D-channel (often called "47B + D"), but more commonly has 46 B-channels and 2 D-channels thus providing a backup signaling channel.
Inviting yourself to a channel you have "self invite" access on (+i flag set in ChanServ) Adding a user to an "invite list" for automatic access; Getting a copy of the invite list for a channel; Keeping ChanServ in a channel, so it does not empty and so the invite list is not easily lost; To specify a channel as invite-only:
In telecommunications and computer networks, a channel access method or multiple access method allows more than two terminals connected to the same transmission medium to transmit over it and to share its capacity. [1] Examples of shared physical media are wireless networks, bus networks, ring networks and point-to-point links operating in half ...
The inter-cell interference in cellular wireless communications is an example of an interference channel. In spread-spectrum systems like 3G, interference also occurs inside the cell if non-orthogonal codes are used. A unicast channel is a channel that provides a unicast service, i.e. that sends data addressed to one specific user.
A sample network diagram Readily identifiable icons are used to depict common network appliances, e.g. routers, and the style of lines between them indicates the type of connection. Clouds are used to represent networks external to the one pictured for the purposes of depicting connections between internal and external devices, without ...
Telecommunications link is a communication channel that connects two or more devices for the purpose of data transmission. The link may be a dedicated physical link or a virtual circuit that uses one or more physical links or shares a physical link with other telecommunications links.
A mesh network is a local area network topology in which the infrastructure nodes (i.e. bridges, switches, and other infrastructure devices) connect directly, dynamically and non-hierarchically to as many other nodes as possible and cooperate with one another to efficiently route data to and from clients.
