I used True Key as an add in extension with Widows 10. After a recent update to W10 the icon for True Key has disappeared and I no longer have access to my Passwords. How can I recover. I have looked in the extension list and it says the App is installed but disabled. There is a button to Turn On but when I click on the link nothing happens.
Sign in with Picture password. Type appwiz.cpl in the search bar and press Enter. Look for True Key or Intel Security True Key in the list of programs and right click on the same, select Uninstall. If above mentioned program are not found in the list, look for McAfee LiveSafe. Right click on the McAfee LiveSafe and select Uninstall.
This is more of a reply than a question. I had the same problem in finding the True Key on Microsoft Edge. What you need to do is the following. 1. Click On Extensions on the Top Right-hand side. 2. You should see a list of extensions that you added. 3. Next to the three dots, you will see an icon.

I uninstalled true key to try reinstalling it thinking that might work, but the only option it gives me is to install on Chrome.

True Key has locked me out of my laptop. True Key was somehow loaded onto my Dell laptop. Now I can not log in as normal.
