32 bit color depth is Desktop\monitor color depth, and if you open your Intel UHD 620 Control Panel > Properties > Color Settings. section you should see 32 bit color depth listed there. Having said that, your Intel graphics should be showing 8bit in the Display Settings Window you have open. This could be a limit.
Cannot change the colour depth thru Intel Graphics Command Center. But when uninstalled all the intel graphics driver, Windows Basic Display Adapter installed automatically. Then it shows 8-bit. But, I cannot control brightness or play HDR videos with that driver. Please find me a way to set the display to 8-bit.
You can see in both yours and my screenshots, below the 8 Bit, it says RGB. The RGB channels are: 8 BIT - RED. 8 BIT - GREEN. 8 BIT - BLUE. 8 BIT - X CHANNEL (used for transparency) 4 x 8 BIT Channels = 32 Bit RGB. So you do actually have 32 BIT RGB Colour. From your screenshot, your images appear fine to me.
