As of 2017, the 12th district contained 806,551 people and had a median income of $67,703. [2] It consists of the western half of Tarrant County, as well as most of Parker County.
Norvell Kay Granger (née Mullendore, January 18, 1943) is an American politician who served as the U.S. representative for Texas's 12th congressional district from 1997 to 2025. As a member of the Republican Party, she chaired the House Committee on Appropriations from 2023 to 2024. Granger did not seek reelection in 2024.
