The Lahore Division is commanded by a Commissioner to manage the division. Under the Commissioner there are four Additional Commissioners.
Lahore District had three tehsils, Chunian, Lahore and Qasur, all of which were Muslim majority (60.85%, 62.12%, and 57.19% Muslim respectively).
