Albert Chen Hung-yee (born 1957) [3] is a Hong Kong legal scholar, specialising in constitutional law.He is the current Cheng Chan Lan Yue Professor in Constitutional Law and the Chair of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Hong Kong, and was the Dean of the faculty from 1996 to 2002.
At the beginning of the establishment, the press mainly published several books on studies done by the university's own faculty every year. It now releases between 30 and 60 new titles a year. All HKU Press publications are approved by a committee of HKU faculty and staff, which bases its decisions on the results of a rigorous peer-review process.
