Expo Square's exhibit facilities encompass a multitude of options that vary in size and amenities. Each year, millions of visitors experience one of the best event complexes in the country, which features the SageNet Center, Exchange Center, Central Park Hall and the Pavilion.
The main entrance to the Expo Square is located one block west of the corner of 21st & Yale.

The RV Park is located on the northwest corner of Expo Square, providing convenient and affordable on-site accommodations. Our facility has full hook ups, including 50 & 30 amp electric, sewer and water located at every site. The best way to access the facility is at Gate 5, located on 15th Street. Office. History. The Tulsa County Free Fair began in 1903 at the Western Association baseball park at Archer and Boston. With enactment of the Oklahoma Free Fair Act in 1915, a 15-acre tract of land north of Archer and Lewis was purchased to provide more suitable grounds.
