Quinn Tucker Ewers (YOU-ers; born March 15, 2003) is an American football quarterback for the Texas Longhorns. He was a member of the Ohio State Buckeyes as a freshman and transferred to the University of Texas at Austin .
Ewers entered the 2024 season coming off a strong sophomore season, one in which he led Texas to the playoff. His 3,479 passing yards are the fourth-most in a single season by a Longhorns quarterback.
Ewers was listed as "probable" on Texas' initial student-athlete availability report on Wednesday, indicating he is closing in on his return to the field since being hurt on Sept. 14.
