Telecinco is a Spanish free-to-air television channel operated by Mediaset España.The channel was previously known as Tele 5, because it had first begun its experimental transmissions on 10 March 1989, and a year later, it was officially launched on 3 March, 1990, becoming the fifth of the national terrestrial television channels and the second private channel in Spain.

LaSiete (English: The Seven), formerly known as Telecinco 2, was a Spanish digital terrestrial television channel, operated by Mediaset España. It began its broadcasts on 18 February 2008, replacing Telecinco Sport. On 18 May 2009, Telecinco 2 changed its name to LaSiete.

Los Serrano is a Spanish television drama comedy which premiered on 22 April 2003 and aired on Telecinco.It tells the story of the Serrano family, who lives in Round Santa Justa No 133, located in the fictional neighborhood of Santa Justa, in the Ribera del Manzanares, in Madrid.
Informativos Telecinco took away the individual names of each edition. In September 1998, the midday, evening and weekend newscasts appeared with a new set, while the overnight and morning editions came from a set in the Telecinco's newsroom. During this season all presenters remained in their respective posts.
