H.A.S. Hanandjoeddin Airport [4] (Indonesian: Bandar Udara H.A.S. Hanandjoeddin) or formerly known as Buluh Tumbang Airport (IATA: TJQ, ICAO: WIKT, WIKD, WIOD) is a domestic airport in Tanjung Pandan, Bangka-Belitung, Indonesia. It is the main and only airport serving Belitung Island.
Tanjungpandan [fn 1], also colloquially written as Tanjung Pandan, is the largest town on the island of Belitung in the Indonesian province of Bangka Belitung Islands. Tanjungpandan is the capital of the Belitung Regency comprising one of the five districts ( kecamatan ) within that Regency.
The population was 262,357 at the 2010 Census [3] and 309,097 in the 2020 Census; [1] the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 320,500. [2] The population is centered in several small towns; the largest are Tanjung Pandan in the west and Manggar in the east, which are the respective capitals of the two Regencies (Belitung and Belitung Timur) into which the island is administratively divided.

Belitung Regency is a regency (kabupaten) of Bangka Belitung Islands Province, Indonesia, with the town of Tanjungpandan as the regency seat.It formerly covered the whole of Belitung island, but subsequently the eastern districts on the island have been cut out to create a new East Belitung Regency (Belitung Timur).
