Saman Rafat Imtiaz (Urdu: ثمن رفعت امتیاز, born 8 June 1976) is a Pakistani jurist and has held the position of Justice at the Islamabad High Court (IHC) since 17 December 2021. She is the second woman judge to be appointed to the IHC, following Lubna Saleem Pervez .
He became an advocate of the Lahore High Court in 1994. [2] In November 2021, Khan was recommended by the Judicial Commission of Pakistan (JCP) for appointment as a judge of the Islamabad High Court (IHC). [2] On 17 December 2021, he was appointed as a Judge of the Islamabad High Court. [3]
