TV3 Lithuania (TV trys) is a Lithuanian free-to-air television channel that was launched on 11 April 1993. It was owned by Modern Times Group (MTG) until 2017, when it was acquired by Providence Equity Partners for €115 million.

LRT Lituanica was launched as 'LTV World' at the end of September 2007. [1] In Europe, it is available through Astra 4A satellite, also free of charge to Kabel Digital subscribers in Germany. Starting with August 2020, LRT Lituanica is also broadcast terrestrially in North-Eastern Poland as well.
LRT budget depends directly on taxes collected in the year before the last. The state allocates 1.5 percent of the personal income tax and 1.3 percent of the collected excise duties.
