Nakamura is the second studio album from French-Malian singer Aya Nakamura. It was released on 2 November 2018 through Warner Music France. A deluxe edition was also released on 25 October 2019. The album features guest appearances by Davido, Maluma and Niska.
The album is the first recorded by the duo and will be their second release after their new EP with French label Barclay. The album, titled Recto Verso, was released in September 2016. The album retains Paradis' core elements, merging pop music with the textures of contemporary dance music whilst adding their own melodies and synths to each track.
At the same time, the band revealed the album itself, the album cover, the track list, and release date. In November 2020, Karan Aujla announced that he was working on his debut album, and revealed Tru Skool as producer of the album. In May 2021, Aujla titled the album as BacDAfucUP, and in June 2021, the album's intro was released by Speed Records under its final title, BacTHAfucUP. The album was a surprise success, which Bilodeau attributed to its use of Quebec French and relatable lyrical content for many Quebecers.
