Elections are scheduled to be held in the United States, in large part, on November 3, 2026. In this U.S. midterm election, which will occur during Republican President Donald Trump's non-consecutive second term, all 435 seats in the U.S. House of Representatives and 33 of the 100 seats in the U.S. Senate will be contested to determine the 120th United States Congress.
Trump's win is the first time since statehood that Nevada voted for a Republican and Colorado voted for a Democrat, as well as the first time since 2000 that New Mexico and Nevada have voted for different candidates in a presidential election. Trump won 47.8% of the vote in Clark County, home to Las Vegas, the highest percentage since 1988.

The original Las Vegas High School opened in 1905 with a tent in the city. The school made a new campus in 1930 that opened in 1931. After 62 years A new campus was made in 1992 that opened in 1993. Las Vegas Academy of the Arts: Region 2, East Pigeon: Magnet school. The school is located in the buildings of the original Las Vegas High School.
