It appears Netflix has updated its app on the Microsoft Store and it's no longer a Windows application but a PWA (Progressive Web App). I have the old version installed, but when I updated it just now, it became a PWA. Uninstall it and try to install the old version using this link and see if it helps.

Make sure you have a Recent Nvidia that support 4K or a Inter 7th series and then download this codec ! It worked right away I installed it restart computer and was able so see the 4K Logo om netflix app and on edge.
