Baker Farm, also known as Perdue Farm, is a historic home and farm complex located near Bunn, Franklin County, North Carolina. The house was built in the first quarter of the 19th century and renovated in 1856 in the Greek Revival style. It is a two-story, three bay frame dwelling with a late-19th century two-story rear wing.

Alexander Funeral Home was founded by Zechariah Alexander in 1914 when Alexander bought half of Coles and Smith Undertakes. Baker Sanatorium is a historic sanatorium in Lumberton, Robeson County, North Carolina. It was built in 1920–1921, and is a 3 + 1 ⁄ 2-story, five-bay, T-shaped Mission Revival-style brick building. The building features an arcaded porch, and the roofs are sheathed in terra cotta mission tiles. The hospital continued in operation until 1993. [2]

Acquired by the state in the 1970s for use as an office building and moved to its present location on N. Salisbury St.
