The Capital Area Activities Conference (Or CAAC) is a high school sports league located in Central Michigan. It is a member of the Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA). There are currently 21 member schools in the conference that come from the counties of Clinton , Eaton , Ingham , Ionia , and Livingston .
The Greater Lansing Activities Conference was a MHSAA athletic conference formed in 2014 by seven teams from the Lansing area including Ingham, Eaton, Barry, and Shiawassee Counties.
