Ratings: +0. Potassium promotes flowering and fruiting, so will help your roses to flower. The FBB, having less potassium will be less effective, although I'm no sure how great the difference would be. I tend to sprinkle Growmore (~ 7-7-7) around the garden, including the roses, and the roses bloom pretty well.
I am just rather surprised that a floribunda Rose should need staking too.
