Reformation 01 is a box set by VNV Nation that was released on 24 April 2009 in Europe and 12 May 2009 in North America [2] containing; a 12 track live CD, a 13 track Bonus Disc of remixes and previously unreleased material, and a DVD with 8 videos of live footage recorded from 2005 to 2008. Only 18,000 copies were released worldwide.
Automatic is the eighth studio album by the alternative electronic artist VNV Nation, released in 2011. It was released on 16 September 2011 in Europe, and 25 October 2011 in North America. [6] The band describe the album as being quite melodic, except for the track "Control", which is said to be a more club-sounding track.
On the 11th November 2012, VNV Nation played at the first Gothic meets Klassik in Leipzig. [4] This set was accompanied by a full symphony orchestra. It marked the first time VNV Nation had done a set like this. The show was recorded for release, but the recorded audio was unusable.

It was the first VNV Nation release to be created/produced entirely using software synthesizers. The opening track 'Foreword' samples the Enigma Variations, part IX (Nimrod).
