Re: Old Navy approval but have a question. They won't give you a CLI now. Their starting CLs are pretty much in stone. But they do grow quickly. Last March, I got ON $200 CL. I've gotten CLIs every 4 mos based on what I learned here. On my 1 yr anniv, they offered me an upgrade to the ON Visa $4k CL.

I had zero credit and 3 baddies equaling over $12,000. I disputed everything and started with a MJC account. When it posted my score jumped and I removed 2 items. 1 returned & later fell off. After a month I was approved for Capital 1 with $300. And in 5 months it jumped to $500 then in 3 more months got CLI to $750.
