Übel Blatt (ユーベルブラット, Yūberu Buratto) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Etorouji Shiono. It was serialized in the semi-monthly seinen manga magazine Young Gangan from December 2004 to 2009, when it was transferred to Monthly Big Gangan where it continued until its end in March 2019.

Etorouji Shiono (Japanese: 塩野干支郎次, Hepburn: Shiono Etorōji, born September 16, 1976) is a Japanese manga artist.After debuting in 2003, he launched Übel Blatt in the following year, which saw success internationally and won the Japan Expo Award in the seinen category in 2008.

Just so you know: Übel Blatt doesn't make any sense at all in german. Übel may mean bad but will almost never be translated as evil. Blatt usually means either leaf or sheet (of paper). It can mean blade but usually only in technical terminology, e.g. when talking about the blades of a propeller. And both words used together make even less sense.
