Before purchase experience: I went with NZXT mainly because it was the easiest and cheapest place to get a 3090 (most others also had weeks/months lead time for 30 series GPUs). If/parts went out of stock, they usually came back within a day or two for me. Another big consideration was customer support / community.
Please, NZXT, just give us a basic app that does fan curves and lighting control for coolers without all the bloat and telemetry. There's plenty of us out there that just have a cooler and don't intend to use any of the other stuff in the app whatsoever. Last NZXT anything I'll ever buy.
I was in the same shoes as you. I ordered my pc from NZXT back in October. Best decision of my life. This is my first PC so I researched a lot. I was going with CyberPower or IBuypower, but NZXT had the best when it came to reputation, price, and quality. If you have any more questions I hope to help! Good luck!
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\VortxEngine\NEWESTVERSION\Signal-x64\Plugins\Nzxt. Turned monitoring off in SignalRGB. And now everything runs smoothly. If a device doesn't work or lights don't change, I go into SignalRGB settings and then Devices and then disable the device for a few seconds and then enable it again.
Cpu running hotter than is should be. Question here about if one of the pumps on my kraken is messed up, for reference I have the nzxt player 2 prime. And while idling my pc runs at about 42c, not bad. However whenever I play cyberpunk, my cpu runs ats 78 to 81c. The cpu I got for my build was the ryzen7 5800x.
I run 13 nzxt fans + 360 aio + case no issues with any parts. CAM is by far my favorite hardware monitoring software (especially mini mode), additionally the UI is simple and not bloated, settings for my AIO are easy to change (fan speed pump speed etc) and lighting is also easy to change. Personally for me CAM is a 10/10.
ADMIN MOD. AVOID NZXT AT ALL COSTS. #FEEDBACK. I purchased a NZXT Starter Pro prebuilt PC with expedited 1-day shipping in December, which ended up taking a month to arrive in January. The customer service experience during this period was exceptionally frustrating, with frequent false promises about shipping dates and little accountability.
Are my fans supposed to be this loud. Check to make sure the fans are in the correct motherboard header. Might be using a header that doesn’t support PWM and is running at constant max voltage. If NZXT software doesn’t recognize your fan speed that could be the issue. Happened with my prebuilt H1 from them.
The H series of enclosures from NZXT is their core line-up, with a full spectrum of sizes ranging from the H1 to the H9. We are reviewing the H9 Flow here today, which aims to provide the aesthetics and DNA that NZXT always strives for, but in a big and spacious package. The "Flow" variant puts a focus on providing as much air flow as possible ...
