Antoinette Bonnie Candia-Bailey (March 12, 1974 – January 8, 2024) was an American academic administrator who served in 2023 as the vice president for student affairs at Lincoln University of Missouri (a historically black college) in 2023.
Known to his family and friends as "Phillip", Bailey was the son of Archie Bailey and Josephine Bailey. [3] Bailey grew up in a home on the corner of Punta Gorda's East Virginia Avenue and Wood Street with his eight siblings. As a child, Charles P.
