Weekly Idol (Korean: 주간 아이돌; RR: Jugan Aidol) is a South Korean variety show that began in 2011 and currently airs Wednesdays at 6:20 PM KST on MBC M, and 12:00 AM KST on MBC Every1. [2] It is one of the longest-running variety shows to air on satellite TV in Japan.

Due to poor ratings, the slot was abolished twice, from October 7, 1991, to October 3, 1992, for about one year, and from October 10, 1994, to March 1, 1996, for about one year and four months.
