The Prayer of Jabez: Breaking Through to the Blessed Life is a book by Bruce Wilkinson published in 2000 by Multnomah Books as the first book in the "BreakThrough" book series. It is based on the Old Testament passage 1 Chronicles 4:9–10 :

Could be. I have a little booklet called The Prayer of Jabez which I have not yet read although it was heavily recommended by several people. If there's any suitable info in it I'll add it. My Concordance lists only these two occurrences of the name in the Bible. But there may be some theology based on him. Watch this space.
