The aids amplified the sounds beyond what I would call normal and seemed to produce a very tinny sound. The Phonak Brio 312T at Costco seemed to amplify in a way that resulted in a more natural hearing experience. Remember that I am new to hearing aids without much experience. — Updated — I tried the Sam’s Club Liberty Hearing aids in the ...
I went to Sam’s when I first thought about getting hearing aids in 2017. Forget it. The prices for basic Sam’s Club hearing aids are similar to the big manufacturer’s. I was quoted $1,600 per aid. I didn’t try them so don’t know what the quality of sound is with them. That’s when I found this forum and started doing research.
The cost of my hearing aids from Sam’s Club was $4,599.66. The cost of my Kirkland hearing aids were $1,599.00 on 3/1/2019. Costco Hearing Aids have a better warranty and a longer time to return a new pair then does Sam’s Club.

Does anyone have experience with Costco’s hearing aids. In my area the brands they carry are: Bernafon Phonak ReSound Rexton These are $2650 a pair. Costco Kirkland cost $1899 a pair. Sams Club has Liberty brand at $3200 a pair. They are all BTE types. I’ve googled these and came away confused and not really able to compare any of them. I would appreciate any information and comparisons ...
I am only 45 and struggle with hearing. Both of my parents also have hearing difficulty although neither wears a hearing aid. I:o am also a high school teacher, so muffled speech reception makes my job challenging. I had a comprehensive hearing test at Sam’s yesterday–with imaging of the inner ear and a lengthy audio test with both sounds and word repetition. I also spoke at length with ...
Saw these offered under the Lucid OTC HA’s at the hearing center, Sams Club, Oklahoma. I ignored the $299pr, but these prices at $499 and $799 I wonder how they Compare to the Lucids I have purchased before? These are smart phone app settings, and one is blutooth connected (for music?) Addendum thought: I lost my latest pair of HA this year, and insurance benefits are out. I need any input ...

Hi, I’m up for new aides and have been entertaining the thought of going to one of the club stores to purchase aides. Can anyone give me the pros and cons of doing something like this? The last aides she fitted me with I wasn’t impressed with at all and they cost over $6000. Price point at clubs is on the money and reviews from Consumer reports are good. Any input would be appreciated.
