Park Plaza Mall is an enclosed shopping mall located in the Midtown neighborhood of Little Rock, Arkansas.Originally opened in 1960 as Park Plaza Shopping Center, an open-air shopping center, [1] the mall is home to two Dillard's flagship stores [2] and merchants including H&M, Talbots, and Eddie Bauer. The development included an adjacent power center [5] that includes Bed Bath & Beyond, Gordmans, Old Navy, PetSmart, TJ Maxx, Ulta and Kirkland's. McCain Mall was developed on a 53.3 acre site on McCain Boulevard and Interstate 40 as Arkansas's largest mall. [4] The mall was officially dedicated in April 1973, although its primary anchor, Little Rock-based Pfeifer-Blass (now Dillard's), had opened for business in late 1972.
The retail giant exited the property along a busy Columbia road back in 2021. Now a new company is employing dozens of people in the 200,000-square-foot building.
