Harold Schwartz (March 13, 1910 – December 22, 2003) was an American businessman and real estate developer who along with his son, H. Gary Morse, founded the active adult retirement community The Villages, Florida.
The Villages was the top-selling master-planned community in the United States in 2017 and one of only four communities to sell more than 1,000 homes. In 1983, Morse moved to Florida to take over his father's business selling vacant lots to mobile home owners.
