Use only the simple file name (e.g. 1609 Sonnet 2.jpg), not File:1609 Sonnet 2.jpg or [[File:1609 Sonnet 2.jpg]]. |3= ( optional ) is the caption for the image. |4= ( required ) is the full text of the sonnet, with no special formatting required, other than : (or alternatively, 2 spaces) added to the beginning of both lines of the final couplet.
The eighty-nine sonnets of the Amoretti were written to correspond with the scriptural readings prescribed by the Book of Common Prayer for specific dates in 1594. "Their conceits, themes, ideas, imagery, words, and sometimes their rhetorical structure consistently and successively match like particulars in these daily readings". [1]
The sonnet tradition was then continued by August Wilhelm von Schlegel, Paul von Heyse and others, reaching fruition in Rainer Maria Rilke's Sonnets to Orpheus, which has been described as "one of the great modern poems, not to mention a monumental addition to the literature of the sonnet sequence". [120]
The book is a set of ten sonnets printed on card with each line on a separate strip. As all ten sonnets have not just the same rhyme scheme but the same rhyme sounds, any lines from a sonnet can be combined with any from the nine others, allowing for 10 14 (= 100,000,000,000,000) different poems.

[2]: 44–45 In the play Love's Labour's Lost, the King and his three lords have all vowed to live like monks, to study, to give up worldly things, and to see no women. All of them break the last part of the vow by falling in love.
If a poem, lyric or composition has a title, it is usually formatted in title case. If it is an untitled work and that poem, lyric, or composition uses the first line of text as its title, the title should be formatted in sentence case. If an article title is the name of a book or long poem, the title should be presented in italic text.
